1. General Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and exclusivity reasons. These include custom bespoke pieces, limited edition drops marked as final sale, and accessories. Please check the product description before purchasing.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
